1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ClariCase website, platform, mobile interface, dashboard, onboarding forms, WhatsApp channels, email support, payment links, plans, add-ons or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Data Protection Policy, Consent Policy and any plan-specific terms shown to you at the time of purchase or onboarding.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use ClariCase. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where the user is acting on behalf of another person, family member, business, company, trust, estate, association or legal entity, the user represents that they have authority to share information and accept these Terms on behalf of that person or entity.

2. Nature of ClariCase Services
ClariCase is a legal concierge, coordination and technology platform. ClariCase may provide onboarding support, lawyer matching support, case dashboard access, document organization, hearing reminders, case activity updates, Relationship Manager support, billing visibility, legal wellness tools, templates, checklists, alerts and client support workflows.
ClariCase is not a law firm. ClariCase does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, drafting, filing, pleading, appearance, litigation strategy, advocacy or court appearance services.
Legal advice, legal strategy, drafting, filing, court appearances, representation and professional legal services are provided only by independent lawyers, advocates or legal professionals engaged separately by the user.

3. Lawyer Matching and Independent Lawyers
ClariCase may help users identify and connect with independent lawyers based on information shared by the user, including case type, location, urgency, language preference, budget, availability and other operational factors.
Any lawyer introduced through ClariCase remains an independent professional and is not an employee, partner, agent or representative of ClariCase unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
ClariCase does not guarantee that any lawyer will accept a matter, continue representation, appear on a specific date, obtain a specific result or follow a particular strategy.
Any lawyer-client relationship is formed only between the user and the independent lawyer, subject to the lawyer's professional obligations, engagement terms, conflict checks, fee arrangement and acceptance of the matter.
Use of the platform and request for lawyer matching is user-initiated. The platform should not be understood as advertisement, solicitation or assurance of legal success by any advocate.

4. No Legal Advice and No Outcome Guarantee
Information available on the website, dashboard, blogs, templates, checklists, FAQs, messages, support responses and notifications is provided for general information, organization and coordination purposes only.
Nothing on ClariCase should be treated as legal advice or relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified lawyer.
ClariCase does not guarantee bail, stay, injunction, settlement, acquittal, conviction, order, judgment, case timeline, listing, hearing outcome, filing acceptance, government approval, compliance result or any other legal, financial or commercial outcome.
Court processes, government actions, police actions, registry objections, opposing party conduct, lawyer availability and judicial outcomes are outside ClariCase control.

5. User Eligibility and Responsibility
Users must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If a user is below the age of majority or otherwise not competent, use must be through a parent, guardian or legally authorized representative.
The user is responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information. This includes facts, documents, timelines, names, contact details, court details, case numbers, orders, notices, communications and payment information.
The user must not hide material facts, submit false documents, impersonate another person, misuse another person's data, upload unlawful content or use ClariCase to obstruct justice, commit fraud, harass others or violate any law.
ClariCase may suspend or terminate access where information appears false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, risky, incomplete or inconsistent with platform policies.

6. Account, Dashboard and Access Control
Users may be required to create an account, complete OTP verification, set credentials, provide identity or contact details and accept consents before accessing certain services.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, OTPs, devices and account access. Any activity from the user's account may be treated as authorized unless reported promptly.
ClariCase may use role-based access controls for staff, coordinators, independent lawyers and service providers. Access to information may be granted only where required for service delivery, support, billing, compliance, security or legal obligations.
ClariCase may suspend access for non-payment, security concerns, policy violations, suspected misuse, legal requests, account inactivity or termination of services.

7. Plans, Fees, Taxes and Third-Party Charges
ClariCase plan fees cover the platform, concierge, coordination, organization and support services described under the selected plan.
Lawyer fees, consultation fees, drafting fees, filing fees, court fees, government charges, notarization, stamp duty, registry charges, travel expenses, copying expenses, courier charges, translation charges, expert fees and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Taxes may be charged in accordance with applicable law.
Plan inclusions, support timelines, add-on availability, emergency support scope and service levels may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.
ClariCase may change pricing, plan structure or inclusions prospectively. Changes will not affect services already paid for unless required by law or agreed with the user.

8. Payments, Invoices and Non-Payment
Users agree to pay all fees, taxes and approved charges through authorized payment methods. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or approved offline channels.
ClariCase may issue invoices, receipts or payment confirmations electronically.
Where payments fail, are reversed, disputed or remain unpaid, ClariCase may pause onboarding, suspend dashboard access, stop support, delay add-ons, withhold non-essential services or terminate the plan.
Chargebacks, payment disputes or unauthorized reversals may result in account review, recovery action and suspension of services.

9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at the time of purchase.
Once onboarding, lawyer matching, dashboard setup, document organization, Relationship Manager assignment, support work, consultation coordination or other services have started, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Amounts paid to independent lawyers, court fees, government charges and third-party expenses are outside ClariCase control and are generally non-refundable through ClariCase.

10. Documents and User Content
Users may upload documents such as notices, orders, pleadings, identity documents, agreements, evidence, correspondence, photographs, receipts and other records relevant to a matter.
Users represent that they have lawful authority to upload and share such documents. Users must not upload forged, stolen, manipulated, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, privileged without authority, confidential without consent or third-party material they are not entitled to share.
ClariCase may organize, categorize, index, store, transmit and share documents with independent lawyers, coordinators, service providers or authorized persons where required for onboarding, coordination, support or service delivery.
ClariCase does not guarantee that every document uploaded is legally relevant, admissible, complete, sufficient, enforceable or strategically useful. Legal relevance and strategy are determined by the user's lawyer.

11. Communication Consent
By using ClariCase, users consent to receive calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, dashboard notifications, reminders, alerts, payment messages and service updates related to onboarding, support, billing, document requests, hearing reminders, account activity and service delivery.
Users are responsible for keeping contact details updated. ClariCase is not responsible for missed communications caused by incorrect contact details, network issues, blocked numbers, spam filters, device loss or user non-response.
ClariCase may record support calls or maintain communication logs for quality, training, verification, dispute resolution and compliance where permitted by law and notified where required.

12. Emergency and Urgent Situations
ClariCase may help coordinate urgent consultation access under eligible plans, subject to availability of independent lawyers, verification, location, time, payment status and operational feasibility.
ClariCase is not an emergency response service, police assistance service, ambulance service, court registry, government authority or 24-hour legal representation guarantee.
In urgent criminal, safety, medical or law enforcement situations, users should contact local emergency services, the police, the nearest lawyer or appropriate authority without waiting for ClariCase response.

14. Prohibited Uses
Users must not use ClariCase for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering, impersonation, harassment, defamation, evidence tampering, witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, spam, phishing or infringement of third-party rights.
Users must not attempt to bypass security controls, misuse support channels, abuse staff, threaten lawyers, create duplicate accounts to avoid payment or use the platform to generate misleading legal claims.
ClariCase may report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities and preserve records where required by law.

15. Intellectual Property
All ClariCase trademarks, brand assets, text, UI, workflows, templates, platform design, dashboards, icons, software, databases, content and documentation are owned by or licensed to ClariCase.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for personal or authorized legal coordination purposes.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit ClariCase materials without written permission.

16. Confidentiality
ClariCase will take reasonable steps to protect confidential user information according to its policies and applicable law.
Users must also preserve confidentiality of legal advice, documents, platform information, lawyer communication, invoices, access credentials and dashboard data.
ClariCase may disclose information where required for service delivery, legal compliance, court orders, law enforcement, fraud prevention, security, payment recovery, dispute resolution or protection of rights.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClariCase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, reputational harm, data loss, missed hearing due to user or third-party fault, legal outcome or court result.
ClariCase is not liable for acts, omissions, advice, strategy, fees, availability, conduct, negligence or professional services of independent lawyers.
ClariCase's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to ClariCase for the relevant plan in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR [Insert Cap], whichever is lower, unless such limitation is prohibited by law.

18. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClariCase, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, coordinators, affiliates, vendors and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from inaccurate information, unlawful documents, misuse of services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, third-party claims, payment disputes or unauthorized sharing of information.

19. Termination
ClariCase may suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, misuse, abusive conduct, legal risk, security concern, regulatory requirement, operational reasons or discontinuation of services.
Users may stop using ClariCase, but ongoing payment obligations, outstanding invoices, third-party charges, confidentiality duties, indemnity, limitation of liability and legal disclaimers will survive termination.
After termination, access to documents or dashboard data may be limited subject to applicable law, retention policy, outstanding dues and security checks.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights available to consumers, courts at [Insert City and State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to ClariCase.
ClariCase may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its rights, confidential information, platform integrity, intellectual property or data security.
