ClariCase may help match users with independent lawyers based on operational criteria such as case type, location, urgency, language, availability and user needs.

Matching does not mean endorsement, warranty, guarantee of quality, assurance of success or exclusive recommendation.

Users are responsible for making their own decision before engaging any lawyer and may ask questions regarding experience, fees, scope, availability and engagement terms.

8. Document and Dashboard Disclaimer

ClariCase may help upload, organize, categorize, index and store documents for operational visibility.

ClariCase does not determine legal admissibility, evidentiary value, relevance, sufficiency, privilege, limitation period or legal strategy related to documents. Those matters are for the independent lawyer.

Users are responsible for ensuring that documents are authentic, complete, lawful and shared with proper authority.

Policy Section

9. Templates, Checklists and Resources

Templates, guides and checklists are general tools and may not be suitable for every jurisdiction, fact pattern, legal requirement or court process.
